Our Staff

We take care in hiring qualified individuals to our staff. Armadillos to Zebras is happy to have several staff members who have been teaching at the center for over 10 years.

To provide best teaching methods of the The Language Enrichment Activities Program (LEAP), all staff members participated in a 6-month program at SMU University.

Elaine Webb

Teacher/ Pre-K

Elaine Webb earned Graduate Degree in Elementary Education (with an English minor) from Texas Women's University. In addition, Ms. Webb is a Certified Kindergarten Teacher who brings over 20 years of experience to the classroom.

Monica Fabila

Teacher/ Enrichment Programs

Ms. Monica Fabila teaches our Enrichment Program in the afternoons. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Fabila also carries a Director's Certificate from the State of Texas and brings 15 years of experience working with children of all ages.
